Phoenix Council Candidates Refuse to Privatize

I recently attended a couple of candidate forums for Phoenix City Council District Four. Since almost everyone now understands that most city services can be performed more cheaply (and probably more efficiently) by private enterprise, I took the opportunity to ask the seven candidates which services could be privatized. Amazingly, the answer from ALL SEVEN was NONE.

Do you think that Phoenix City employee unions might have an undue influence on our city council and on candidates for these offices??
